Do boys need other boys? Do they need to know what it feels like to lounge around watching "B-Ball" in their underwear? I feel that is one of the many things I can't give my son be an only parent. I want to give him so much but when I decided to have Mason I never thought that he would miss out on having a male influence in the house. Does that make me a bad mother? For not realizing that he would need that? For not looking in the future enough to notice a little boy earning for male attention....I wish I knew more guys, more positive male role models that could do guy things with my son. Teach him the rules of sports, how to do a touchdown dance, how to pee standing up!!
Of Course maybe I am reading to much into this and he will still grow up to be a well rounded person....not a testosterone neglected buy.
